A great range of good solid furniture at the Helensvale store. They are hard to go past for quality, that’s why we keep going back. We also had an excellent sales consultant in Amber. She’s a lovely girl with excellent interpersonal skills. Ask for her when you go.

I visited the store this morning with some rather specific dimension requirements. Everyone in store was lovely and I had 3 nice people on the floor try to assist. Unfortunately nothing in store was suitable, however the salesperson Lee(Leigh?) still went above and beyond trying to help, suggesting to consider looking through Amart Online Exclusives website for further products not on the floor. He even also tried to assist by mentioning competitor stores to consider if Amart could not offer anything suitable. After trying to look through the Online Exclusives site on my phone, Lee offered to use the in store computer to view the website more easily. He showed me a few different items which would fit my space requirement and I was able to decide on one. Lee was kind and helpful the whole way through and I purchased it online after leaving the store because it was not possible to do in the store. Thanks for a great experience and this is why I continue to come back to Amart.

I don't know what has happened to Amart, but it has definitely gone downhill. Firstly, my visit - staff were just standing around. No one approached me and I left without anyone even saying hello. There was hardly anyone other customers so not sure why the lack of service. A shame as I was considering purchasing a shelving unit. Secondly, the products are not what they used to be. There is definitely a decline in quality for what you pay for. The pictures tell it all. Whoever is in charge of quality in this company needs to take a closer look at what they are shipping in.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service of the staff as soon as we entered the store. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We bought a Lounge Suite at a very good price. If I could give zero stars I would. What started off seeming like it was a good experience was actually terrible. Thought we had a good deal salesperson didn’t add the right delivery which included assembly, couch was nearly 7 weeks late with zero communication and me having to chase up the details of what was going on. I’d stay clear and go elsewhere if good customer service is important to you.

Earlier this year we purchased beautiful 2 and 3 seater lounges , they were called the capello signature collection, in silver When they were delivered and assembled , we were disappointed that the back of the 3 seater didn't all aline up , this was one of the reasons we loved the lounge, as the back looked so stylish, it comes in 2 separate pieces, and locks into place. So unfortunately when you have an issue with something you purchase, you can't deal with the store you purchased it from , you have to do a claim through the customer care team , well what a process that is , it takes so much time to go through the process, so eventually a gentleman came out to look at it , and he was hopeless , he told me , this was how the lounge is manufactured, and this is basically how it is , and I said to him that I didn't pay , nearly $5,500 to have a lounge like that , I was very disappointed with his service, so weeks went by and I heard nothing, then one day I received an email saying, my case had been closed, I was furious, there was no explanation what so ever. So I went back to Amart Helensvale, and spoke to the store manager, Kristy , she said , that unfortunately, they can't intervene, it's out of there hands , and I would have to ring customer care myself, at this stage , I decided I would never buy anything from Amart again, as this is just ridiculous. So I went home , I called them, and they were not going to help me at all , I had to push and push to get this rectified , if they were not going to help me , they could have the lounges back , and I'll have my money back , so they said they would replace it , and would place the order So I was lucky that my replacement lounge was on the next container that was coming. I was notified it was here , so I rang Kristy , and she arranged for the replacement delivery and for Justin from complete delivery service to deliver the new one and take the old away , Justin is wonderful, so nice ,and so helpful , just a pleasure to have in your home , and I also wanted to thank Kristy for her service. So after a few months of disappointments, and having to fight to get a new lounge, i'm now very happy. But when you purchase something and there is an issue , be very aware that it's going to be very hard to get a resolution Regards sally

Photos speak for themselves. Outdoor daybed that is sold with a 5yr guarantee, not to mention, it can withstand almost anything life can throw at it, that's Amart's own words. Yeah ok, explain this? Customer service is a joke. Won't refund or replace the item due to it being a gift and despite me having the original invoice as well. Apparently that's not good enough.

Very disappointed with this business. The quality of the furniture we brought was terrible quality, especially for the cost of it, fell apart within hours of assembly. The process of being able to replace these products and rectify the issue has been painful, tormenting and agonising. I have since May 2023, being in discussions with Super amart customer care, the Helensvale store and all they seem to do is pass you around from one person to another. Finally when a solution seems to be found, no one assist you to see the problem out, instead more have been created. This store owes me multiple pieces of furniture and all I want now is my money refunded. Sounds simple right? not for these guys, over a dozen emails, endless calls all in the last and you'd think something would be sorted. nope. just more issues. I do not recommended this business or this store. Go anywhere else!
